Understanding this concept and being able to skillfully apply it in the practice of being human allows us to transform energy and heal on all levels.
This means that when challenges arise, they are opportunities to notice what energy does not feel in coherence with how we truly want to feel and be. We can observe the thoughts and emotions that are present, waking up that painful story in our body.
We have the opportunity choose to reframe the past as tales of resilience that we continue to grow from or choose to reinforce what we know and lifelong habits, which may feel comfortably uncomfortable.
The body has a strong memory. It remembers physical sensations connected to our internal monologues about life experiences, even if we are not aware of it. These energetic imprints impact the cellular structures of the brain and body. The root cause of many of these conditions is trauma, which comes in many forms.
A victim perception of trauma memories can create imbalances in our vessel’s field of subtle energy, within the body’s cells and in the space extending beyond the body. This makes it difficult for radiant parts of ourselves, creative ideas, and the natural ease of connection to be felt by many trapped in the narrative of what they and others should be.
