Stored Trauma Memory

Our habitual reactions to associated thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations can be disruptive to our lives and destructive to our sense of self and relationships with others,

Unprocessed trauma cultivates bigger imprints in the mind and body that inhibit one from embracing free will, their highest wisdom, opportunities for growth, enjoyable experiences, healthy connections with self and others, and the very body vessel designed for their unique and important journey on the planet.

Memories are triggered in the mind and body when familiar thoughts, sensations, emotions, or circumstances unconsciously activate the storyline in the memory pathways creating a remembered sense of fear, pain, powerlessness and/or physical, emotional, or verbal harm or neglect.

These trauma stories in the mind and body create anxiety, depression, nightmares, lack of sleep, intrusive thoughts, and overwhelming emotions like shame, guilt, & anger. One can feel isolation, a desperate need to be validated, social anxiety, and/or difficulty feeling pleasant sensations and emotions,

Beings with unprocessed trauma have dysregulated nervous systems due to the meaning made from the initial traumatic event or series of events compounded with every related reaction to an associated trigger since then.
